Great experience with Marius and team. We moved from Surbiton to East Yorkshire and it all went very smoothly. A couple of pre visits from Marius to ensure all details were accounted for and we were comfortable with the plan, and the packing and moving days went without issues. The whole team were friendly and professional, taking any stress away from us. I would highly recommend.

Marius and his team helped my family to pack and move from Surbiton to our new house in Thames Ditton. They were professional and friendly throughout, from the first visit to provide the quote to packing the day before our move and the actual move date, and made what could have been a stressful process completely stress-free. An added bonus was that Marius came to collect all of the boxes once we had unpacked. I would high recommend W Removals.

The moving experience was perfect. William and his colleague were so helpful, friendly and punctual. I was moving furniture from London to Portsmouth, and back again! They did the whole job extremely fast I couldn’t believe it… they even helped out of their own kindness to move a piece of heavy furniture around my house. Exceptional experience with William and his team. William visited my old property at short notice after which all relevant information including a fixed price was provided. Prior to the day of the move, William boxed up all belongings with due care and diligence and disassembled larger items ahead of moving day. The day of the move was seamless with William and his four colleagues ensuring everything was moved to the correct place in the new property and reassembling relevant items. William and were extremely friendly and courteous throughout. Williams’ communication during the whole process was top notch. Highly recommended this service.

William is amazing! I was very stressed about my move from and awkward first floor rental property to a first floor flat a few miles away. Right from the start he was responsive and gave me a clear quote for packing and removal. On the day he was incredibly punctual, turning up exactly on time, and all I had to do was get out of their way and go for a coffee. He and his colleague worked really hard to get everything packed, disassembled, moved and reassembled at the other end in an incredibly efficient way. His team also packed things sensitively, and honestly moved it all with far more care than I would have managed on my own. Everything about the experience was flawless. I can’t recommend him highly enough and I will be booking him next time I need to move.

Having lived in Thames Ditton for 23 years we downsized to Sunbury. It was an emotional move but W Removals made the process smooth. They were organised, professional, polite, obliging, good humoured and reassuring to have supporting us. William is a delight to deal with, a problem solver not a problem finder and his team were just that, a co-operative & co-ordinated team.

Sometimes you read reviews and think can they really be that good? Well our experience with William and the team at W. Removals suggests they can. From the 1st meeting to the final box collection we never had any reason to question our decision. William is a man of his word a problem solver not creator and a great hands on boss and leader. We had a very difficult time getting our sale and purchase finalised so there were many delays. William was always so calm and worked with us to bring it all together, for which we were very grateful. Just a word also about the team on the big day. I could put a log list of quantities but so you get the idea here are the highlights; professional, polite, hard working, team working, happy and helpful. You get the picture? In short it was a pleasure to have such a good group of people in the house on what can be a very stressful day. Unbelievably W. Removals were also the lowest quote we had. Amazing 5 starts all the way from us and a massive thank you.

William and his team have made our moving experience incredibly easy and efficient. We moved from Tolworth to New Malden and W Removals handled all our packing and shipping to our new home. We were also moving with a 3 month old, and William made sure all our baby-things were packed separately and easily accessible at the other end, another great extra bit of service we were not expecting. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother move of out of our Wimbledon 1-bed flat using W Removals. Their friendly team were extremely efficient, reliable and professional. From my initial request for a quote on a Friday, they responded quickly and completed a survey by the end of the weekend, and a quote ready within a matter of days. They communicated effectively with me on Whatsapp and phone to prepare us in the lead up to the removal day. On the day, their team packed everything with care, including handling delicate musical instruments and furniture. They got all our items safely stored into our Big Yellow Storage unit.

Brilliant service. We were moved from Surbition to Chessington promptly without any fuss. The removal didn’t take very long at all and the men were very polite. We really didn’t have to do anything! Our things were taken good care of.
