We booked W Removals to make a move from Surbiton to Woking. William (the owner) was well-organised and approachable. Unlike many other companies who quoted over the phone, William helped us with all our queries, including attending to our flat to provide the quote in person. We even got a courtesy call the day before to ensure we were OK with the packing.On the day of the move, Willam and his team arrived punctually and got straight to work. The move went without a hitch, mainly due to the removal team, who were friendly and professional throughout.This is our third time moving in 5yrs, and this was the best experience so far: no hidden fees, a realistic quote from the start and excellent communication throughout the process. We can't recommend W Removals highly enough and would use them again. Thank you W Removal for the amazing service.

William and the guys moved me from my flat in Notting Hill to my new place in Elephant and Castle. They turned up on time and were very professional handling all of my furniture, fragile items and especially my flat screen tv which is my pride and joy. I’m very glad i chose to use William and his company and the guys who were working in the team including Khalil, Nick (another Nick) and the other guys on the day were polite, courteous and helpful with all of our needs.
